The speakers were the Director of Armenian Communities Department of Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Razmik Panosyan, art historian, theorist and translator of philosophical literature, Associate Professor of Art History and Theory of the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts, Co-Founder and President of the Hovhannisyan Institute Vardan Azatyan, art critic, publicist, translator Nazeni Gharibyan, political scientist, lecturer Aspet Kochikyan and Mikael Hovhannisyan, YSU Vice-Rector for Development and Innovations.
The discussion was moderated by Arevik Ashkharoyan, the Director of ARI Literature Foundation, the Coordinator of the Calouste Gulbenkian Translation Series project in Armenia. Razmik Panosyan presented the activities of the foundation, the history of initiating the translation series, the principles of book selection, as well as the list of books included in the new, second phase of the project.
